Bu keki yıllar yıllar önce yapardım sonra unuttum ve tarifi kaybettim. Geçenlerde çocukluk arkadaşım Sevinç'te yediğimde tekrar hatırladım tarifi yazdım hemen. Sevinç bloğumun takipçilerindendir ve cheesecake hastası bir arkadaştır. Özellikle benim yaptıklarımın :) Ama o da çok güzel kekler yapar eğer üşenmezse :))
Mısır unuyla genelde tuzlu kekler, ekmekler yapılıyor ama tatlı hali de nefis oluyor deneyin derim..
Malzemeler:
3 yumurta
1,5 bardak şeker
3/4 bardak sıvı yağ
1 bardak süt
2 bardak mısır unu
1 bardak normal un
1 portakal kabuğu rendesi
1 kase iri çekilmiş ceviz
1 paket kabartma tozu
1 paket vanilya
Yapılışı: Fırınımı 180 dereceye ayarlayıp ısınmaya bıraktım. Yumurtaları ve şekeri çırptım. Sırasıyla süt, sıvı yağ, portakal kabuğu rendesini ekledim. Mısır unu, normal un, vanilya ve kabartma tozunu koyup güzelce çırptım. En son cevizleri ekledim, yağlayıp unladığım kalıba dökerek 50-55 dakika pişirdim
